  • One of the first 4-5 at FastField. Helped take a customer-obsessed, product-led-growth (PLG) SaaS data platform from $0 to $20M+ ARR and ~20 to ~7,500 customers, through acquisition by Quickbase in 2023.
  • Shipped across every layer of FastField's multi-tenant SaaS data platform — mobile capture (often offline), backend storage, the Global Workflow rules engine, and downstream integrations to 10+ systems (Salesforce, Power BI, SQL Server, Amazon S3, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, Webhooks, Quickbase).
  • Partnered with engineering to scale and harden the transactional backend — drove the move from synchronous Azure QueueWatcher services to async Azure Functions with elastic workers, retry, structured logging, and alerting. Sustained reliability and throughput through ~350× customer growth.
  • Active role in FastField's SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance — fielded due-diligence and security questionnaires, helped uphold standards day-to-day, supported recurring reaudits with evidence collection.
  • AI-native PM. Introduced Claude / Anthropic tooling into FastField's development lifecycle and built the team's AI-native engineering practice. Ship working software with Claude daily.

    • Drive the roadmap end-to-end: requirements, backlog, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment around outcomes.

    • Shipped across every layer of the multi-tenant SaaS data platform: ingestion (mobile, often offline), storage, the Global Workflow rules engine, and integrations to Salesforce, SQL Server, Power BI, S3, SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, Webhooks, and Quickbase.
    • Partnered with engineering to scale & harden Submissions/Workflow processing — moved from synchronous Azure QueueWatcher services to async Azure Functions (queue → elastic workers, retry, logging, alerting), unlocking throughput and concurrent transaction capacity through ~350× customer growth.
    • Built and led FastField's custom forms service — a paid offering with a real revenue line; hired and managed the build team end-to-end. Played a significant role in the 2023 Quickbase acquisition (due diligence, discovery, architecture walkthroughs).
    • Held Scrum Master and Release Manager responsibilities from the start of my Project Management role through the rest of my tenure — 2-week sprint cadence, 8+ years of agile delivery. Active role in SOC 2 / HIPAA / GDPR compliance and introduced Claude / Anthropic into the dev lifecycle.

    FastField was a true product-led-growth (PLG) product. We didn't out-market the field — we won by obsessing over customers, listening hard, and shipping what they actually needed. The custom forms service, the integrations roadmap, the Global Workflow rules engine, the platform's hardening and scale work — all of it traces back to one principle: take care of the customer, and the rest follows. That's still how I think about product.

The connective tissue between data capture and action.
