I’m the founder of Ebenstone, a software studio in Oceanside. I scope, design and ship custom software for churches, small businesses and schools. Before that I spent twelve years on one product, FastField, and held five different jobs on it.

I run Ebenstone.
Ebenstone is a software studio I started in September 2026. A church office, a shop or a school department brings a problem, and I turn it into software their people use. That can be an app, a website, a sign-up or ordering page, or the missing piece on a system they already run. I stay on to support what I ship.

Twelve years on one product.
FastField is a platform for collecting data in the field. Inspectors, technicians and crews fill in forms on their phones, often with no signal. I joined in 2014 as one of the first five people, answering support tickets.
I went on to manage support, lead the team that built forms for customers, and run product and releases. Quickbase acquired FastField in 2023, and I stayed on as product manager until April 2026.

Most of what I build starts at home. StoreSign began as an order page for my daughter’s bake shop, and TopBall began with me scoring my son’s football games from the sideline. Away from a screen I design parts in Fusion 360 and print them.
